Become a Member! Membership is free and open to the KHS community (non KHS students, but all KHS staff, teachers and KHS adult supporters are welcome)

While membership is free, we appreciate a one time or monthly $10 contribution of membership that is easily payable through PayPal.

National Coaches Day, 10/6/25 Provided appreciation cards to the KHS Coaches (Aquatics-Swim and Water Polo, Baseball, Basketball, Cheer, Cross Country, Dance, Football, Golf, Soccer, Tennis, Track, Volleyball, and the Athletic Trainer)

All KHS Volunteers- for the entire KHS Volunteer Community
Log your volunteer hours. Once a month, the KHS community is asked to report their volunteer hours for KHS. KHS is required to record and submit volunteer hours to our district. The KHS PTO has volunteered to act as a VIP representative and to connect with the KHS community to collect and report the volunteer hours. We ask that the applicant reports the areas and activities that they volunteered in support of the KHS service. Any questions, please reach out to kempnerpto@gmail.com.
*Keep in mind this is not be completed by FT KHS students, staff or teachers employed by FBISD- while we greatly appreciate what you do, this is for volunteers only.

All on KHS campus volunteers are required to have a background check with FBISD. Volunteer guidelines
The KHS PTO & KHS VIPS (Volunteers in Public Schools) recognizes Volunteers of the Month from all volunteers within KHS. Volunteers of the Month are recognized with notice posted in the KHS Newsletter, on the KHS PTO website, and with a certificate placed on the KHS VIPS board currently located in the KHS Cougar Cove.
Their contributions are noted due to hours of service to KHS, and/or recognition from the staff and teachers, and/or levels of service to KHS provided:
