2024-2025 Spirit Days

• Thursday, September 26, 2024 from 6am to 9 pm at Chick Fil A on 2323 Highway 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478.  

• Tuesday, December 10, 2024 from 4 pm to 9 pm at Raising Cane's on 1529 Highway 6 Sugar Land, TX 77478 .  

• Thursday, February 20, 2025: Spirit Night at Chick Fil A in Sugar Land on Hwy 6

• Tuesday, April 15, 2025: Spirit Day at Chick-Fil-A in Sugar Land on Hwy 6. 

• Tuesday, May 6, 2025: Spirit Night at Wendy's 

2024-2025 Events

• KHS New Student Orientation, August 2024.  Set up an information table for new incoming students.

• Kempner PD Breakfast, Friday, September 27,2024  in the KHS Commons.  Help us celebrate KHS faculty and staff with breakfast on their PD day.  Sign Up now to donate either through PayPal or with an item.  Thank you to all that contributed!

• KHS Open House, September 2024. Set up an information table during the KHS Open House.

• Janitorial and Custodial Staff Day.  October 2, 2024, Provided KHS shirts to all custodial and janitorial staff

• Cougar Cove Donation Drive, October 21-25, 2024.  Monday to Friday, during school hours drop off items to support the Cougar Cove. Help us help KHS students in need.  All donations stay at KHS to benefit KHS students.   Thank you to all that contributed!

• Fundraising: Pizza Sales (cheese and pepperoni) on KHS Campus near the auditorium- October to December 2024 on campus. $2.00/slice.  All fundraising benefits KHS.  Help us help KHS.  

• Kempner Staff and Teacher Thanksgiving, November 21. Support them by donating a dessert for their enjoyment during their KHS holiday luncheon.  Donations are needed on November 20 during KHS open hours.  

• Decorate the KHS Holiday tree with us on December 2 from 10 am to 11 am

• Coogfest, January 2025, Provided a table for the area 8th grade students moving to KHS in the next year.

• Cougar Cove Donation Drive, February 3-7, 2025.  Monday to Friday, during school hours drop off items to support the Cougar Cove. Help us help KHS students in need.  All donations stay at KHS to benefit KHS students.  

• Counselor and CCR Day, February 6, 2025.  Provide KHS Counselors and CCR with breakfast.

• KHS PTO 2024-2025 grant recipient: Cameron Robillard/Percussion Equipment

• FBISD VIPS of the Year breakfast at James Reese Center, April 2025 celebrating KHS VIPS of the Year; Kirstin Matthews

• ELA Be the Sunshine Essay Contest, April 2025, provided a gift card for the prize of the contest

• Academy Night.  Provided a table during the Academy Night for all incomng academy students.

• Teacher Appreciation Week Snack Bar, Monday, May 5, 2025 Show appreciation to KHS TEACHERS and STAFF for all of their hard work during the school year.

• May 2025, Supported the graduation committee by donating a gift card toward the cost of the graduates breakfast.

• June 2025, Supported the beautifcation of the atrium horticulture project on the KHS campus
